Can I Return My Item(s)?

Please refer to the guidelines below to see if your purchase qualifies for a return.  We offer a 30-day return policy for all customers.  Please be aware that return shipping fees will be deducted from your refund.  The return window begins on the day your shipment is delivered or picked up. Unfortunately, original shipping fees are non-refundable.

To Qualify for a Return:

  • Items must be in their original, unworn condition, free of any signs of wear or damage.
  • Earrings must be in their original, unopened packaging.
The following items are non-returnable:
  • Worn earrings
  • Gift cards

Can I Make an Exchange?

We offer a 30-day exchange policy on all eligible items.  Please have your order confirmation email or order number handy.  To qualify for an exchange, all items must meet the conditions outlined in our Return Policy.

We’re proud to offer a one-year warranty on all our jewelry.  This warranty covers any material or craftsmanship defects within one year from the purchase date.  Please note that this warranty does not cover lost items, normal wear and tear, improper use or storage, or any modifications made after purchase.

When Will I Receive My Refund?


Your refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method.  Please allow 5-10 business days for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.

If you’ve taken advantage of our special promotion but only wish to keep some of the items, no worries at all.  You can exchange any item in your order for another item of equal or lesser value on our site.  We’ll cover the shipping costs for your exchanged item(s).
