I’ve Entered the Wrong Shipping Address! Can I Change It?

If you realize you’ve provided an incorrect shipping address, please contact us immediately. We will do our very best to accommodate your request, though we cannot guarantee changes as orders are typically processed and shipped swiftly, sometimes on the same day or within a few days. If your order has already entered the shipping process, unfortunately, we won’t be able to make any changes.

Can I Cancel My Order After It’s Been Placed?

Yes, you can cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it. However, beyond this 12-hour window, cancellations are no longer possible as your order will have already been processed and/or shipped.

Invalid Reasons for Cancelling an Order:

  • Buyer’s Change of Mind: We kindly ask that you ensure you’re certain of your purchase before placing an order. Once an order is submitted, it constitutes a legally binding contract with the seller.
  • Finding a Better Price Elsewhere: We encourage you to be confident in your decision to purchase before submitting your order. After submission, the transaction is binding.

Are There Customs, Taxes, Duties, and/or Tariffs?

Please be aware that customs, taxes, duties, and tariffs are beyond our control and are not included in the purchase price. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and vary depending on the laws and regulations of the destination country and state. We recommend checking with your local customs office if you are unsure of any applicable fees. Superzappy cannot be held responsible for any additional charges incurred during the shipment of your order.

Will My Order Arrive in One Package?

To ensure the quickest delivery, some items may be shipped separately.

Can I Get a Refund if I Do Not Receive My Item?

Typically, orders take 2-4 weeks to arrive, though remote locations or holiday seasons may extend this to 6 weeks. Customs inspections can also cause delays, so we appreciate your patience. If your parcel does not arrive within 2 months, and tracking information or a shipping receipt is provided, we can offer a refund of up to 80% of your order or arrange a replacement, as per our agreement.

If your order has not arrived after 2 months, please contact us immediately to address the issue. Failing to notify us within 3 months (90 days) from the purchase date will void your right to any refund or replacement.
